Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase and understand that purchasing through the internet is different from purchasing from a store, expecially if you've never purchased Easel brand before. With that in mind, we offer an easy return process if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please read our entire return policy before proceeding with the return.All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date of original purchase. Return mailing address is 6689 Morganton Road, Greenback, TN 37742. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on items marked final sale. Store credit will be issued for all returns. .Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and must have the tags attached. Original shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival of your package. Items not meeting return eligibility will be sent back at the customer's expense if you wish.  Otherwise they will be donated to Haven House, a local shelter for domestic violence victims. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color or a completely different item that is available at the time you request your return, we will hold it for you until 21 days after your original purchase and will mail it to you upon receipt of your return as long as it meets the return criteria. Just let us know in the return packaging, along with your original order information. If the replacement you want is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to your account. Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items. Please include a note in the return package which includes your name, order number, and the items you're returning. Each item must be accompanied by its respective order number. Damaged Items - We inspect and photograph every item before shipment but understand that something could be missed.  If you receive a damaged item, please notify us at kandlcustoms.llc@gmail.com with the following details: order number, item name and a photo of the damaged item which clearly shows the damage.  All claims for damage must be received within 24 hours of delivery to you.
