betsy grey boutique is an authorized reseller of Easel brand clothing for women. We do not manufacture the clothing, and our information is limited to what Easel los angeles provides on their wholesale website. That information is included in the description of each item.
Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated below.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
We are a reseller of Easel brand clothing. We have items in storefronts as well as on this website. In rare instances, an item may sell out before we can take it off the website. If this happens, we will check and see if it is still available to ship from Easel, order it and email an expected ship date.
Slight color variations between the screen and the actual product may occur. Items that are noted as "mineral washed" have a washed appearance with fluctuations in the amount of dye in the product. This is not a defect.
Items that are noted as "distressed" will have places that appear ripped, worn or pulled.
We ship as quickly as possible, but sometimes conditions outside of our control, such as delays encountered by the shipping company, may impair delivery. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us so we can quote a price for expedited shipping.
We want you to be happy. Please refer to our return policy if you are not satisfied with your product. Please note that all items must be returned in new condition. If an item is damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of the receipt of the item for a return to be authorized.
All use of our logos, designs, and content are strictly prohibited. This includes misuse of our website, including unauthorized copying.
In the event of a dispute, the law of Loudon County, Tennessee will apply.
