Shipping Policy

We are a small, online shop.  We make every attempt to ship within three days of receiving your order.  Sometimes delays might occur for a variety of reason.  I will also do my best to keep you updated by email when your item ships and any other relevant information.  Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.  This is my passion project, but I have a full-time job, so I might miss your call if it is during the day.  Email or text is the best method of contact for me.  I will return your call or email within 24 hours.  If you do not hear from me, I did not receive your call or email.  Please try again by text, our systems might have picked up your contact as spam.

If you order something that hasn't been released by Easel yet, the product description will show the release date.  As soon as Easel ships the product to me, I will let you know by email.  Once I receive it, the turnaround should be quick, and I'll let you know when it is shipped.

If you order something that is in-transit from Easel, I will email you to let you know.  Typically it takes three days from the time I order something until I receive it from them.

If you would like to pick your item up at my location, please email me and let me know, so I can make arrangements for you to pay for the product without shipping.  I cannot hold any item for pickup that has not been paid for in advance.

If you need something by a certain date, please let me know.  I will quote you expedited shipping rates and do my best to accomodate you.

If there will be a delay in shipping or pickup because we are out of town, I will let you know on this page.
